There is much to admire in this 13-month-old W/T dog. He possesses a lovely head with excellent proportions between the backskull and foreface, low-set ears, and an endearing expression from his dark eyes. His strong, slightly arched neck flows smoothly into a well-held topline. He displays impressive depth and forechest, well-sprung ribs, is just a fraction longer in loin. His hindquarters are strong and muscular, with low-set hocks. On the move, he presents a striking profile, though not quite as tidy in front as today’s winner, he demonstrated good drive from the rear.

Wath, West Melton 28/2/2026

13-month-old tan & white dog. A touch longer that the winner but has good leg to height ratios. Nice head with a well-shaped skull but slightly shorter in muzzle. Well set ears of good length and soft eye. Well laid-back shoulder but I’d prefer more return of upper arm which gave him a shorter stride on the move.

Sophie Wray Ramsden

Isle Of Ely 8/2/2026

Excellent example of the breed, quality throughout. Sturdy & balanced, clean lines. Exc head with correct dimensions. Deep chest & well sprung ribs. Straight front, level topline, nice bend to stifle. Tight feet, high set tail. Moved with drive. BOB

This 11 months of age nicely shaped tan and white boy presented an eye catching image stacked. His is a nice size and was a merry little boy. Presented nicely, he appealed to me in type and has the correct amount of bone, good pigment and a really lovely tail set and carriage. He moved out well and looked a picture in profile, holding his topline and reaching forward nicely. I will watch his show career with interest. HPG4

Rundle Gambler, tan/white of larger & slightly rangier frame, appealing in head, great eye & expression, neck had a bit of dewlap, shoulders were laid back well, feet oval, level topline ribs extending back & good depth just below elbow, front firm, just prefer him a fraction shorter coupled, thick tail set well, moved out easily & smoothly.

Rundle Forever Country, A very raw puppy at just 6 months. She was very appealing with a soft, gentle expression. Her head had suitable proportions and balance. Her chest was appropriately filled with ample depth. Her bone was strong and round, although she needed some work to strengthen her pasterns. One for the future.

Rundle Gambler (Dawson & Goodall) Litter brother to the bitch in puppy. Very similar in build and substance, equally appealing expression, although in masculine form, large dark eyes that were alert and set well apart. He had ample, strong bone and strong pasterns. His topline was held well on the move and finished with a high set tail, with a white tip.
